Never automated, the service desk maintenance coordinators answer each call immediately, log and prioritize the issue, and coordinate with the appropriate response personnel. AVERY Management ensures that there is a building engineer and property manager on call after hours day and night, including holidays, for each property. All documented calls are summarized in a daily report, and continually monitored for status to ensure completion.
